Wife Exposing Herself For Our Peeping Neighbor

Wife says our neighbor really makes her feel uncomfortable. She can't go outside without him running over to chat her up. Says he just stares at her up and down while talking like he's undressing her with his eyes. He has literally told me he looks in our windows when no one is home to keep an eye on our home. He smiled while saying it letting me know that he's peeping my wife. I told the wife that I believe without a doubt that he peeps her.
Since then, seems like she started purposely leaving blinds partially open all the time. I think she actually likes the idea he may be out there watching. So if she likes to be peeped, then her you go, no blinds in the way. Have a look at the wife putting a show on for the neighbor...and you!
