Back in the 1940s and 1950s a bevy of buxom Hollywood starlets had set a precedent for female beauty: Real women had curves -and lots of them!
In my opninion these gorgeous models and their voluptous womanhood really overshadow the scrawny teens who dominate porn today. Such a shame that according to the standards of the day, these ladies were not allowed to exhibit visible sexual arousal while modeling. Also I would also have loved to have seen these ladies modeling hardcore, so perhaps a few things have got better.....
Beautiful June Palmers career started in 1960 (aged 20) as a topless dancer in London. She then entered modeling and film and had a sucessful career through the sixties. Although she stopped modeling for magazines at the end of the sixities, she apparently continued modeling for private photographers until the early 1980s. I would really love to see some of those later pictures, when her body had matured.
